The following information is posted to illustrate what is typically involved when following The Iodine Protocol. This information does not constitute medical advice. The Iodine Protocol
The basic recommended supplements to take for The Iodine Protocol are:
- 50 mg of Iodoral (Iodine supplement) per day
- 3000mg of Vitamin C per day
- 1000mg of Vitamin B3 per day – 500mg two times a day
- 300mg to 600mg of Magnesium Citrate per day
- 300mg of Vitamin B2 per day – 100mg three times a day
- 200mcg of Selenium per day
- Unrefined Salt – ½ tsp added to your daily diet and ½ tsp dissolved in 8 ounces of water two times a day as required.
